Intergraph will review the data and document the results of the Kick-off
Meeting. Intergraph will submit the Kick-off Meeting Summary Document to the City.
The City shall confirm the findings.

Exit Criteria:

City confirmation of the Kick -off Meeting Summary Document

2.1.2 Develop Oracle Locator Data Model

A preliminary Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) for the City's proposed data model
was delivered to the City as part of an earlier contract completed by Intergraph
Corporation (reference document - City of Santa Ana Preliminary ERD _ 4.0.pdf).
Because Intergraph is familiar with the City's requirements, Intergraph recommends that
the preliminary ERD be the foundation for work in this task, and will be expanded as
il1dicated through the activities described below.

· Develop the Street Centerline model to support dynamic segmentation.
GeoMedia Transportation Manager is to be used for development of pavement
segments to support MicroPaver Pavement Management System (PMS). The
following activities are to be addressed by Intergraph:

Model an "Alias" table to map each street name inside ofPMS to a respective street
name inside of the master street table

Model intersection markers so that users can dynamically segment pavement
segments by referencing the markers and alias table

· Deploy data model and test

· Document the column mapping to indicate the mapping from the source data
sets into the data model, if needed

.
