Non-Litigated Open Claims Report <br />Client will use a new report named "Claim Sununary Contact", same as section "g." above; however, payments <br />are removed. Whether or not a claim is denied can be displayed. TIlls new report will be part of the delivered <br />system at no additional charge. <br /> <br />k. Santa Ana Detention Facility <br />Client will use the new report named "Claim Summary Contact Payment." Refer to section "g." above for <br />details. <br /> <br />L Public Works Quarterly Liability Report <br />During a previous meeting between vas and Client, this report was removed from being a system requirement. <br /> <br />m. Destruction List <br />Client will use the Claim Log that is part of the current vas Portal system. <br /> <br />n. Liability Claims $25K or Greater <br />Client will use the Claim Summary that is part of the current vas Portal system. <br /> <br />o. Liability Claims for 1997 <br />Client will use the Claim Summary that is part of the current vas Portal system, and vas will add a loss type <br />field. Multiple claimant names would not be listed, as multiple claimant names are not part of the system. The <br />new report will be part of the delivered system at no additional charge. <br /> <br />p. Checks Paid by Type <br />Client will use the Payment Total that is part of the current vas Portal system. The report will be set to run <br />without detail. <br /> <br />q. City Vehicle Accidents <br />Client will use the new report named "Claim Summary Contact Payment", Refer to section "g." above for <br />details. <br /> <br />r. Liability Claims Against Officer <br />Client will use the new report named "Claim Summary Contact Payment". Refer to section "g." above for <br />details. <br /> <br />s. Plaintiff Attorney Claims <br />Client will use a new report named "Attorney Totals". The content of the report will be the same as the sample <br />report provided by Client. <br /> <br />t. Audit Police Claim Types <br />Client will use the Claims by Incident Type that is part of the current vas Portal system. Expenses and <br />payments can be shown separately plus added together and displayed as one number on this report. <br /> <br />u. Claims Involving Tree Maintenance <br />Client will use the new report named "Claim Summary Contact Payment". Refer to section "g." above for <br />details. <br /> <br />v.
