<br />3.0 Devel <br /> <br />ment Districts <br /> <br />This section delineates the development districts within the <br />MEMU Overlay Zone (Figure 2) and describes the overall <br />form and character of each District (Table 1). There are <br />four development districts in the MEMU Overlay zone that <br />differ in the permitted land uses and development intensity <br />as determined by their location and adjacency to sensitive <br />land uses and freeways as shown on Figure 2. The Village <br />Center District contains a pedestrian-oriented area designed <br /> <br />to serve a central core for the Metro East area.
