Provide direction to staff. <br />MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall provided a presentation regarding the boards <br />and commissions members appointments, reappointments, holdovers, and <br />removals. <br />Councilmember Bacerra stated the staff report did not include the wording "that <br />except as otherwise provided in this section" regarding the terms of removal and <br />reappointments, and asked for clarification regarding a time in 2019 where the <br />CITY COUNCIL 19 MARCH 18, 2025 <br />
