o' CTA &GO Countywide Pavement Management Plan Guidelines <br />Local Tax Dollars at Work <br />Condition Survey Procedures <br />The governing document in performing condition surveys for the Enter agency namFis ASTM D6433 <br />"Standard Practice for Roads and Parking Lots Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Surveys." Both asphalt <br />concrete (AC) and Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavements are included in this protocol. The <br />following distresses are collected for each pavement type. <br />Asphalt Concrete AC Pavements <br />1. Alligator (fatigue) cracking <br />2. Bleeding <br />3. Block cracking <br />4. Bumps and sags <br />5. Corrugation <br />6. Depression <br />7. Edge cracking <br />8. Joint reflection cracking <br />9. Lane/Shoulder drop off <br />10.
