CONSENT CALENDAR <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-009 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana to amend the current annual budget to add six <br />positions in the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency <br />20.D. SANTA ANA CITY HALL EMERGENCY GENERATOR AND <br />ENCLOSURE - PROJ 2720 <br />Motions: 1. Relieve Mel Smith Electric, Inc. of their bid in the amount of <br />$339,821.00 <br />2. Award a contract to Stronghold Engineering, Inc. the lowest <br />responsible bidder, for the total bid in an estimated amount of <br />$424,100.00 <br />3. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction <br />cost of $516,600.00 <br />4. Approve appropriation adjustment. (Requires rive affirmative <br />votes.) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 01-116 - transferring <br />$258,700.00 from the Education Revenue Augmentation Fund Relief <br />Revenue Account to the Information Systems Strategic Plan for the <br />City Hall Emergency Generator project <br />5.
