residents and for supporting Santa Ana businesses. <br />Mayor Pulido <br />• Expressed his support for the California -Mexico Trade Center noting <br />the city would benefit from the incorporation of new businesses, <br />increased job opportunities, increased revenue from the business <br />license tax and increased sales revenues. <br />• Noted that the issue on the pending CUP was not the granting of a <br />liquor license but the ability to extend this license to the restaurant's <br />exterior and whether this action would encourage alcoholism. He <br />pointed out that the real problem was the off -site sale of beer and <br />wine.
