<br />Additionally, effective October 1, 2006 aAa Octaeer 1, 2007, <br />resJ3eetively, the City shall contribute an amount equal to one-half percent <br />(.5~0) of the bargaining unit's annual base salary, including pay additives, <br />for the purpose of providing retiree health insurance premium reduction <br />assistance. <br /> <br />Effective October 1, 2008, the City shall contribute an additional <br />amount equal to one-quarter percent (.25%) for a total City <br />contribution of three-quarters' percent (.75%) of the bargaining unit's <br />annual base salary, including pay additives (excluding overtime), for <br />the purpose of providing retiree health insurance premium reduction <br />assistance. <br /> <br />AMENDED ARTICLE XII (new language in bold) <br /> <br />12.1A Medical Insurance.
