Authorize the City Manager to submit the approved program to <br />the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development for the City's Fiscal Year 2001-2002 allocation of <br />Community Development Block Grant funds, and execute the <br />grant agreement with the United States Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development. <br />3. Direct the City Attorney to prepare, and authorize the City <br />Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute agreements with <br />non-profit agencies awarded funds as part of the approved <br />program. <br />4.
