Authorize the City Attorney to prepare and City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute an amendment to the agreement. <br />AGMT NO. 2001-109 - With EIP Associates to provide additional <br />environmental services for the Environmental Impact Report for the <br />Armstrong Ranch Project in an amount not to exceed $10,860.00 <br />2. Approve appropriation adjustments. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes.) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 01-206 - Recognizing <br />$10,860.00 in the 2000-2001 FY revenue account for environmental <br />review fees for Armstrong Ranch and appropriating same to the <br />Planning and Building Agency 2000-2001 FY budget allocation in the <br />account for contractual services for payment to EIP Associates - <br />Planning and Building Agency <br />* Councilmember Alvarez abstained from above item <br />20.B.
