Our implementation team <br />provides thorough, reliable service and scheduling for the support of your system. <br /> <br />The following building professionals will be dedicated to your Technical Support Program: <br /> <br />Joe Wurzel bacher, Sales Account Representative, manages the overall strategic service plan <br />based upon your current and future service requirements. <br /> <br />Jay Barthel, Service Account Engineer, is responsible for ensuring that our contractual <br />obligations are delivered, your expectations are being met and you are satisfied with the <br />delivery of our services. <br /> <br />George Berg, Service Mechanic, is responsible for performing the ongoing pneumatic service in <br />your facility. <br /> <br />John Gruss, Service Operations Manager, is responsible for managing the delivery of your <br />entire support program and service requirements. <br /> <br />Customer Response Center <br /> <br />Jill Houlston, Service Coordinator, is responsible for scheduling your preventive maintenance <br />visits, and handling your emergency situations by taking the appropriate action. <br /> <br />Patti Thompson, Service Administrator, is responsible for all service invoicing including your <br />Technical Support Program and Time and Material projects. <br /> <br />Soecial Services <br /> <br />1. Customer will be billed a labor rate of $87.00 per hour on any mechanical work deemed <br />outside the parameters of this agreement. <br />2. A discount of 600/0 off list price for all Siemens/Landis manufactured parts not included <br />in this agreement. <br />3.
