PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Soledad Alejandre expressed concern about budget priorities and the <br />need for the sewer service charge <br />Ruby Woo from the Artesia Pilar Neighborhood thanked the Council for <br />approving grant funds for a park in the neighborhood, but stated that <br />additional funding was needed for a center at the park <br />Mayor Pulido left the meeting at 8:27 p.m. <br />90.13.
