CONSENT CALENDAR <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 02-050 - Recognizing <br />$77,932.00 in the 2001-2002 FY revenue account for environmental <br />review fees for the First and Main Streets mixed -use project and <br />appropriating same to the Planning and Building Agency 2001-2002 <br />FY budget allocation in the amount for contractual services for <br />payment to Michael Brandman Associates - Planning and Building <br />Agency <br />20.13. FY 2002 WEED AND SEED GRANT AWARD <br />Motion: 1. Approve appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes.) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 02-056 - Recognizing <br />$450,000.00 in Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs <br />funds and appropriating $225,000.00 to Weed and Seed Site I and <br />$225,000.00 to the SPIRIT Program account <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the Mayor and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute agreements. <br />AGMT NO. 2001-197 - With the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Ana to <br />provide a 'Power Up" Technology Laboratory as part of the Weed and <br />Seed Site I Special Emphasis Initiative <br />AGMT NO. 2001-198 - With the Santa Ana Unified School District to <br />execute an amendment to increase the contract amount by $20,000.00 <br />and to extend the term to June 30, 2002 to provide after school <br />services under the Safe Haven Program for Weed and Seed Site I - <br />Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Agency <br />20.C. YEAR-ROUND LUNCH PROGRAM <br />Motion: 1. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the Mayor and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute agreements. <br />AGMT NOS. 2001-199 AND 2001-200 - With the California <br />Department of Education and the Santa Ana Unified School District to <br />operate a Year Round Lunch Program <br />2.
