AGMT NO.2001-247 - Approve an agreement with Wakeham-Grant <br />Apartments, a California Limited Partnership, to provide loans for <br />acquisition of multifamily properties in the Cornerstone Village <br />area not to exceed $150,000.00 <br />2. AGMT NO. 2001-248 - Direct the City Attorney to prepare and <br />authorize the Executive Director of the Community Development <br />Agency to execute agreements and all other required documents <br />necessary. <br />3.
