Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute agreement. <br />AGMT NO. 2001-251 -Execute amendments to the Empowerment <br />Zone Memorandum of Agreement between the City, State and the U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />2. Approve appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes.) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 02-109 - Recognizing <br />$3,000,000.00 in Empowerment Zone revenue, and appropriating <br />same to the Empowerment Zone account <br />3. Adopt resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-093 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana to amend the current annual budget to add one <br />position in the Community Development Agency (Economic <br />Development Specialist II) <br />SPECIFICATIONS - PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES <br />Motion: Award in accordance with Requests for Council Action. NO. 97-063 - SECURITY GUARD SERVICES - Amend the <br />contract with Elite Security Services, Inc. for the Corporate Yard and the <br />Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park, for a nine -month period, in an amount not <br />to exceed $69,000.00 - Finance and Management Services <br />22.131.
