("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, .t charter city <br />and municipal corporation of the SMtc of ralifornia ("City"), <br />k.k4'1TP.LS: <br />~.. The parties entered into Agreement ~ A•2005-096, dated 7uiy 14, 2005, (herehtalter <br />"said Ag;reemerrt") by which Contractor has provided media storage services. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parries wish to <br />extend the term of said Agreement and lnerease compensation to pay for services <br />during the extended term, <br />5'~1L'REF'ORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />P first Amenc~'.ment to Agreemern, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 7, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase eompensat.:on $ZS,D00 to <br />pay fvr san~ices during ffie term from May 1, 2007 through Aprii 30, 2008. The rates <br />and charges set forth in Schedule A to said Agreement shall remain in effect <br />thrqughout the extended term of said Agreement. <br />2.
