DruQ-Free Workplace <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana shall comply with the federal Drug-Free Workplace Act <br />of 1988, 41 USC ~701, 28 CFR Part 67; the California Drug-Free <br />Workplace Act of 1990, CA Gov't Code ~~ 8350-8357. <br /> <br />14. Miscellaneous <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana shall comply with the Laboratory Animal Welfare Act of <br />1966, as amended (P.L. 89-544, 7 USC ~~2131 et seq.). <br /> <br />B. Statutes and Regulations Applicable To This Particular Grant <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana shall comply with all applicable requirements of state and <br />federal laws, executive orders, regulations, program and administrative <br />requirements, policies and any other requirements governing this particular grant <br />program. City of Santa Ana shall comply with new, amended, or revised laws, <br />regulations, and/or procedures that apply to the performance of this Agreement. <br />These requirements include, but are not limited to: <br /> <br />1. Title 28 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 66; EO 12372; <br />Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Judicial Programs (OJP) Office of <br />the Comptroller, Financial Guide; U.S. Department of Homeland Security, <br />Office of State and Local Government Coordination and Preparedness, <br />Office for Domestic Preparedness, Urban Areas Security Initiative Grant <br />Program 1/; ODP WMD Training Course Catalogue; and DOJ Office for <br />Civil Rights. <br /> <br />Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS) requirements as <br />stated in the California Emergency Services Act, Government Code <br />Chapter 7 of Division 1 of Title 2, ~ 8607.1 (e) and CCR Title 19, ~~ 2445- <br />2448. <br /> <br />Provisions of 28 CFR applicable to grants and cooperative agreements, <br />including Part 18, Administrative Review Procedures; Part 20, Criminal <br />Justice Information Systems; Part 22, Confidentiality of Identifiable <br />Research and Statistical Information; Part 23, Criminal Intelligence <br />Systems Operating Policies; Part 30, Intergovernmental Review of <br />Department of Justice Programs and Activities; Part 35, Nondiscrimination <br />on the Basis of Disability in State and Local Government Services; Part <br />38, Equal Treatment of Faith-based Organizations; Part 42, <br />Nondiscrimination/Equal employment Opportunities Policies and <br />Procedures; Part 61, Procedures for Implementing the National <br />Environmental Policy Act; Part 63, Floodplain Management and Weiand <br />Protection Procedures; Part 64, Floodplain Management and Wetland <br /> <br />UASI Gov'!
