.• - 22/82 <br />RENEWAL OF LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day <br />of ( , 1982, by and between the City of <br />Santa Ana, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />( "CITY ") and Southwest Santa Ana Little League, Inc., a non- <br />profit corporation of the State of California, and Santa Ana <br />Pop Warner Football, Inc., a non - profit corporation of the <br />State of California, ( "LICENSEES "), jointly and severally. <br />W I T N E S S E T H <br />Recitals: <br />1. CITY AND LICENSEES made and entered into a written <br />Agreement ( "said Agreement")� on or about May 7, 1979 for <br />purposes of construction of a concession stand on Memorial <br />Park to be owned and operated by LICENSEES. <br />2. CITY and LICENSEES now wish to renew said Agreement <br />for an additional three (3) years. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective <br />covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions hereof, the parties <br />hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br />I. Said Agreement is hereby renewed and extended for <br />a term of three (3) years from the date of execution hereof <br />subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />The CITY shall have a right to terminate <br />said Agreement within one (1) year if <br />-1- <br />
