BOX 1988 <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA 92702 <br />(714) 834 -4900 <br />August 11, 1982 <br />Re: Insured Orange Empire Conference <br />Policy No. 561JD2102 <br />Gentlemen: <br />I have been asked to review the certificate of <br />insurance for the above referenced policy which you sub - <br />mitted'to Jeff Stevens, City of Santa Ana Risk Manager. <br />The certificate shows a policy expiration date of <br />August 1, 1982; further, the certificate fails to name the <br />City of Santa Ana, its officers, employees, and agents as <br />additional insureds, as required by the agreement with South- <br />west Santa Ana Little League, Inc. and Santa Ana Pop Warner <br />Football, Inc. <br />Inasmuch as the agreement, which the subject <br />certificate covers, extends through December 31, 1982, a new <br />certificate of insurance is required immediately, in order <br />that the insured not be in breach of their agreement. <br />Very truly yours, <br />EDWARD J.
