Ross <br />Santa Ana, CA 92707 <br />SUBJECT: MEMORIAL PARK CONCESSION INSURANCE REQUIREMENT (SOUTHWEST LITTLE LEAGUE <br />AND POP WARNER) <br />Dear Mr. Winn: <br />Under the present agreement with Southwest Little League and Pop Warner, both <br />parties, individualy or jointly are to provide General Liability Insurance <br />against any liability arising from the operation or property damage of said <br />concession stand (Agreement - Paragraph 15), which was provided at the time <br />of the agreement. Said insurance expired on 8/1/82 and you are now required to <br />submit a new policy, which you indicated would be submitted to the City Clerk's <br />Office by 9/20/82. <br />To this date, we have not received the new insurance policy. Please provide <br />said policy to the City Clerk's Office by October 7, 1982, or we have no choice, <br />but to close the use of the facility to your perspective leagues. <br />If you have any questions you may call me at 834 -4145. <br />Sincerely, <br />Allen E.
