SoftMaster is based in Irvine, CA, and we will be providing services to the City of Santa Ana from that location. Our Irvine facility is available for off -site meetings and discussions as required. Partnerships and Alliances SoftMaster maintains a number of alliances with best of breed systems, network and database vendors. This allows us to keep our consultants up to date with access to training and the latest technology. Additionally, we maintain solution awareness and experience with a number of vendors. Ownership {ref. section 2.2.c} SoftMaster is a privately owned California Corporation, incorporated in 1996. Ownership has remained constant throughout this period and no change is expected. SoftMaster is a minority owned business, certified by the Southern California Minority Business Development Council. Major Services Offered {ref section 2.2.c} SoftMaster provides project -based consulting services, temporary technical staffing, and managed operations services. The following details our practice in each of these areas. Project -Based Consulting SoftMaster has successfully completed numerous project -based engagements ranging from rapid implementation projects to enterprise -wide, large -scale systems. SoftMaster's proven methodology (as shown in the following diagram) combines the traditional system lifecycle practices with a Hybrid Predictability Model (HPM) which employs toll -gates to ensure that projects meet the required functionality and are delivered on time and in budget with predictable results.
