Other Relevant Information {ref section 2.2.fl <br />SoftMaster has been a provider of technology and resources to the City of Santa Ana for almost <br />10 years. During that time, we have lead the development of a number of custom systems <br />within the City including Sapin, Business Tax, and Municipal Utility Services. <br />We have also provided Project Manager services for the implementation of numerous packaged <br />systems including Payroll, Document Imaging (LaserFiche), fleet management, insurance <br />processing, and cashier operations. <br />In addition, our infrastructure consultants have supported and implemented scalable, highly <br />available solutions including mission - critical database support and Microsoft Exchange <br />upgrades. <br />During this time we, as a company, have provided emergency support on a number of <br />occasions. Calling on our team of staff consultants we have provided support for emergency <br />database and system outages that have allowed the City to recover in a minimum of time and <br />with no loss of data. SoftMaster's status as both a provider of temporary resources and a full - <br />fledged consulting firm have enabled us to provide this service on a 24x7 basis to support the <br />City's emergency requirements. <br />Based on this experience, our Partners, Managers, and Consultants possess significant domain <br />knowledge that is specifically applicable to the needs of the City. Also, as a company, we have a <br />deep commitment to the municipal government market space. <br />
