<br />• Architected, designed, developed, and deployed a custom CRM platform to provide US
<br />agencies with tracking and monitoring mechanisms for intern personnel and budgetary
<br />controls.
<br />• Adhered to Federal security protocols and constraints for secure application design and
<br />required risk assessments performed in conjunction with Federal resources.
<br />• Application was developed using VB.net, XML, Crystal Reports, and SQL Server 2000,

<br />• Architected, designed, developed, and deployed a medical billing / EDI software
<br />implementation, built on C #.Net, Crystal Reports 9, Biztalk, and SQL Server 2000.
<br />• Developed 18 Crystal Reports within the VS.net Crystal Environment. Reports were
<br />based on views within the SQL Server 2000 database, spanning across 5 -10 layers of
<br />normalization.
<br />• Architected potential BizTalk adapters for EDI HCFA claim submission using the new
<br />HL7 format.
<br />• Managed the planning, analysis, design, development, and testing of the project
<br />according to PMI standards and processes such as CPI, SPI, ROI, CV, SV, and EVM.

<br />Managed project requirements, designs, database modifications, and report
<br />development for a software development migration from previous FoxPro systems into
<br />the newer VB code base.
<br />Developed a total of 27 Crystal Reports and performed application development using
<br />Visual Basic 6, SQL Server 2000, Access 2000 and Crystal Reports 8.5.
<br />Developed the reporting architecture for the client, with standards and examples for
<br />report parameterization, complex formulas, advanced and run -time grouping,
<br />summaries, subreports, and best overall practices.

<br />• Implemented an enterprise database replication mechanism and prototype for TRW's
<br />inventory control division. This inventory system was built on a SQL Server 2000
<br />distributed database design, using db- mirroring, OLTP, and http -based replication.
<br />• Provided training and management consulting for the implementation of the financial
<br />and inventory software system.
<br />Client: Quantimetrix Corp. - $8 million in annual sales
<br />• Project Manager and Technical Lead on a 12 -month cholesterol testing application, built
<br />on a Macintosh platform, using C + +, RealBasic, the PDF SDK, and additional imaging
<br />software.
<br />• Developed the system with coordinated efforts of biological scientists in areas of
<br />electrophoresis and blood serum separation controls, as our imaging software provided
<br />the deciphering engine of the system, determining the cholesterol values based on
<br />blood content.
