City is responsible for administration of certain funds ("HOPWA Funds") made available by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD".\ under the Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS Program (the "HOPWA Program". 2. For the purpose of effectuating the HOPWA Program, Straight Talk, Inc., has entered into the Grant Agreement for the acquisition of an eight bedroom home dated , 200 pursuant to which the City made a grant to Developer for the purchase of an AIDS Community Residence located in the City of Westminister, California, and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporation hereby by this reference (the "Property"); and 3. pursuant Property.
