PUBLIC HEARING <br />Following the public hearing Council discussion ensued. Lieutenant <br />Levatino explained the vendor evaluation process to the members. He <br />also noted that the payment schedules and rates would be part of the <br />negotiations with the selected vendor. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />James Kendrick thanked the Council for the affirmative vote on the <br />automated enforcement system and invited the members and residents to <br />the annual Wilshire Square Neighborhood "Summer in the Square" <br />summer concert featuring the group "The Antix". The event is scheduled <br />for Saturday, July 27, 2002; setup begins at 6:00 p.m., and the music <br />begins at 7:00 p.m. <br />90.13.
