Accepting $219,128.00 <br />from the Federal Emergency Agency (FEMA) Assistance to Firefighters <br />Grant, transferring $93,912.00 from the Fire Department as the City's <br />matching requirement and appropriating $313,040.00 to the FEMA Grant <br />account for the acquisition of Breathing Apparatus - Fire Department <br />20.B. CIVIC CENTER BUDGET <br />Motion: Approve appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes.) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 03-044 - Allocating additional <br />revenue of $243,000.00 in the Fiscal Year 2002/2003 Civic Center <br />Revenue Account and appropriate funds into the Civic Center Special <br />Maintenance Project Budget - Parks, Recreation, and Community <br />Services Agency <br />20.C. FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER SERVICES <br />Motion: 1. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute agreement. <br />AGMT NO. 2002-169 - Renew an agreement with the Orange County <br />Social Services Agency to provide funding for the "Families and <br />Communities Together" Program, formerly known as the "Answers <br />Benefiting Children" program, at the Corbin Community Center for <br />another year <br />2.
