Adopt resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-083 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana authorizing the Chief of Police to execute a grant <br />award agreement with the United States Department of Justice, Office <br />of Community Oriented Policing Services <br /> <br />2. Approve appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br /> votes.) <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 03-078 Accepting and <br />appropriating the COPS Technology program grant in the amount of <br />$462,000.00 and the additional required matching funds of <br />$154,000.00 from the Police Department's Inmate Welfare Funds <br />account, and appropriate the same into the COPS MORE 2002 Grant <br />expenditure account - Police Department <br /> <br />GRANTS / APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIM ADVOCACY PROGRAM GRANT <br /> <br />Motion: 1. Adopt resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-084 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana authorizing the Chief of Police to execute a grant <br />award agreement with the Office of Criminal Justice Planning <br /> <br />2. Approve appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br /> votes.) <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 03-080 Recognizing <br />additional Office of Criminal Justice Planning funds in the amount of <br />$78,750.00 and the additional required matching funds of $26,250.00 <br />from the Police Department Crimes Against Persons Other Contractual <br />Services account and appropriate same into the Domestic Violence <br />Grant expenditure account <br /> <br />3.
