• Two (2) NEC IVS2000 PBXs <br />• Seven (7) NEC IPS2000 PBXs <br />• Ten (10) NEC INFOSET408 Key Systems <br />• Two (2) NEC Mark II Hybrid Key Systems <br />• Two {2) NEC Electra Professional Hybrid Key Systems <br />• One (1) NEC Digital Remote Unit <br />• One (1) CENTIGRAM 640 (now known as BAYPOINT) Voicernemo Voice Processing <br />System {voicemail) containing 40 ports and 120 hours of storage <br />• One (1) EDAC Voice Recorder Interface unit with 60 ports <br />• There are approximately 4,100 equipped voice and 40 equipped voicemail ports <br />citywide <br />The City may at any time during the term of this agreement change with additions or <br />subtractions the amount, type, location, etc. of the telephone systems/equipment to be <br />supported by the Vendor. Charges will be adjusted in accordance with the Agreement <br />between the Vendor and the City. <br />Refer to Appendix B for the individual locations and descriptions of the above equipment. <br />4.0 VENDOR QUALIFICATIONS <br />The selected Vendor will: <br />• Be NEC certified/authorized on each of the various types of telecommunication <br />systems used by the City of Santa Ana (see Section 3.0). <br />• Maintain its NEC certification/authorization throughout the term of the agreement for <br />the company and for every technician sent to service City of Santa Ana equipment. <br />• Present evidence of NEC certifications/authorization to the City Telecommunications <br />Coordinator as part of the proposal package that is submitted. <br />• Be certified/authorized to maintain the CENTIGRAM (now BAYPUINT) 640 Voicemail <br />System. <br />• Maintain its CENTIGRAM certification/authorization throughout the term of the <br />agreement for- the company and for every technician sent to service City of Santa <br />Ana CENTIGRAM. <br />• Present evidence of CENTIGRAM certifications/authorization to the City <br />Telecommunications Coordinator as part of the proposal package that is submitted. <br />5.0 SERVICES SOUGHT <br />5.1. General Services & Support <br />The Cifiy seeks a Vendor to provide full-service maintenance for the City's <br />telecommunications infrastructure. <br />T"he Vendor shall: <br />Provide an on-site service technician to perform repair services and MAC's. (See <br />section 5.2) <br />• Provide all required maintenance (parts and labor) and maintain the equipment in <br />good operating condition in accordance with the manufacturer's technical <br />specifications. <br />Page 70 of 43 <br />
