A description of any unique qualifications and experience which distinguish <br />Proposer's candidate on-site technician's, backup technicians', and any other <br />on-site engineering and service staff's ability to provide telephone system <br />maintenance services. ? <br />{ref. section 6.2.g} <br />The NEC Unified Solutions tearn of on-site technician, backup technicians and <br />engineering support is composed of highly trained individuals whose primary <br />focus is on support and service of iVEC equipment. These individuals have <br />worked with The City for many years. Each has extensive knowledge of the <br />equipment installed as well as the telecommunications network currently ~~~ <br />place at the City. This knowledge of The City's configuration insures that your <br />telecommunications needs can be satisfied in a professional and efficient <br />manner. <br />17. A description of the Proposer's candidate on-site technician's and backup <br />technicians' working knowledge of, skills in, and experience with Categor~r 5 <br />cabling and termination in accordance with the Electronic Industries Association/ <br />Telecommunications Industry Association (E1.A/TIA) standard practices. ? <br />{ref. section 6.2.g} <br />Armando Saenz, Ron Cock and Steve Shaver have completed Category 5 <br />training as approved by BICSI standards and codes. <br />18.
