WORK STUDY SESSION <br />also announced that the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) <br />was looking at the possibility of moving its headquarters from its current <br />location in the City of Orange to this site. <br />Ms. Nelson introduced Mr. Brian Meyers of Griffin Realty who presented a <br />report on the space plan analysis and conceptual plan for the site. <br />Ms. Nelson explained that there was a Council action and Community <br />Redevelopment Agency request on tonight's agenda for a Memorandum of <br />Understanding among the City of Santa Ana, the Santa Ana Community <br />Redevelopment Agency, the County of Orange, and the Orange County <br />Transportation Authority pertaining to potential development pursuant to the <br />proposed Transit Master Plan.
