PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Debbie McEwen addressed the Council concerning an incident in French Park <br />involving gunshots aimed at an individual(s) living in a garage. She noted that <br />she has contacted both the Police Department and Code Enforcement on this <br />matter and has not been able to obtain resolution of the problem. Mayor Pro <br />Tern McGuigan asked the City Manager to investigate this situation and report <br />back to Ms. McEwen and the Council. <br />Alex Vega addressed Council <br />90.13. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />All Councilmembers present congratulated Pat McGuigan on her many years of <br />service and noted that she will be sorely missed.
