(- responsibility to ensure that the Committee addresses and accomplishes <br />the program goals. <br />S. RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS AND INQUIRIES <br />CMCMC will investigate all inmate-related inquiries, writs, and <br />complaints in accordance with the Jail's policy and procedures. <br />The Director of Operations will investigate each complaint, develop a <br />response and, if indicated, a recommended course of corrective action. <br />This recommendation and the rationale behind it will be provided, in <br />writing, to all concerned parties. <br />If the inmate disputes the outcome of an investigation, CMCMC will <br />implement recommendations made by the Jail Administrator or his/her <br />designee. <br /> <br />CMCMC's staff will also testify in court concerning writs of habeas <br />corpus filed by inmates, as required by subpoena. <br />T. EQUIPMENT, FURNISHINGS, AND SUPPLIES <br />CMCMC understands that the City will be responsible for providing food, <br />linen, and other maintenance services to the inmates housed at the Jail. <br />CMCMC further understands that we will continue to be responsible for <br />all other office and routine pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, forms, <br />instruments, uniforms, tools, and equipment needed to provide medical <br />and dental services.
