<br />" <br />, . <br /> <br />. . <br />, I <br /> <br />3.2 INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Proof of insurance is not required to be submitted with the proposal, but will be required prior to <br />the City's award of the agreement. <br /> <br />IMPORTANT! <br /> <br />Proposers should carefully consider the City insurance requirements and the <br />related documentation included in the Draft Agreement [see Appendix C]. <br /> <br />3.3 TAXES <br /> <br />Prices proposed shall include all applicable federal, state, local and other taxes - all items <br />separately. <br /> <br />3.4 RESERVED RIGHT <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and any item or items therein, and to <br />waive any non-conformity of proposals with the RFP, whether of a technical or substantive <br />nature, as the interest of the City may require. <br /> <br />3.5 STAFFING <br /> <br />The Vendor may not subcontract any part of the services under this agreement or use non- <br />employees to perform those services without the prior expressed written approval of the City. <br /> <br />Vendor's staff to work on the site at the Santa Ana Police Department may be subject to a <br />background check. <br /> <br />3.6 PARTS <br /> <br />All parts must be new. Replacement parts must be new and built to original equipment <br />specifications. Any exceptions require prior written approval from the City. <br /> <br />4. CONTENTS OF AND INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS <br /> <br />4.1 To assess qualifications in providing data center maintenance and support services, as <br />specified in Sections 1 above, and to determine the strength and stability of the firm, every <br />Proposer is required to complete and submit the Proposal Response Form (Appendix A) or a <br />separate submission with a response to each item included in the "Proposal Response Form." <br /> <br />4.2 The Proposer is to submit their proposal in a sealed package bearing the firm's name <br />and address and clearly marked as follows: <br /> <br />Proposal to Provide Electrical Contracting Services <br />for Data and Telephone Centers <br />for the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />4.3 IMPORTANT!
