" <br /> <br />Based on the information provided in their RFP response, each of the Proposers will be <br />evaluated by a City selection team and will be assigned a point score for each of four evaluation <br />criteria. While evaluation is subjective by its nature, the City selection team will judge each <br />proposal on its merit in only the evaluation criteria areas. The weighted evaluation criteria <br />include: <br /> <br />Criteria <br />Skills and experience in the type of <br />work sought by the City in Data <br />Centers and other high availability <br />facilities <br />Skills and direct experience with <br />Eaton Electrical "Powerware" <br />Uninterruptible Power Systems <br />(UPS) <br />References <br />(basis is quality of similar services <br />to similar facilities) <br />Cost <br /> <br />Max Points <br />25 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />25 <br />100 <br /> <br />5.2 INTERVIEW <br /> <br />An interview may be required for clarification purposes if so determined by the evaluation team. <br />However, only top rated Proposers will be asked to participate in the interview process. <br /> <br />5.3 RECOMMENDATION FOR AGREEMENT <br /> <br />The selection recommendation will be based on the accumulated point score for all criteria and <br />any clarifying interviews. Based on the evaluation of the City selection team, a recommendation <br />will be made to the City Council to authorize an agreement between the City and the selected <br />Proposer. <br /> <br />6. AWARD OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Based on the selection team's recommendation and upon the authorization of the City Council, <br />the City will offer the selected Vendor an agreement to provide the service described in this <br />RFP.
