Check main lugs and connections with precision torque wrench (customer option
since this must be done on a de-energized circuit).

7. Check and record load balance.

8. Check and record remaining power availability.

9. Replace air filters (filter equipped unit only).

10. Clean safely accessible cabinet interior.

11. Provide quarterly report/recommendation to user and remedial repair/replacement
cost estimate.

12. In conjunction with the PM on the PDU, the grounding and noice-suppresion
subsystem of the electrical system will be checked and verified.

Part III. Infrared thermography inspection will be carried out while the electrical system is
under load of, but not limited to, the switchgear, circuit breaker panels, connectors,
insulators, switches, bushings, buses, etc. These will be checked for excessive
temperatures, thus indicating potential problems.

The following procedure will be followed (unless modified by prior agreement of the City):

1. The thermo graphic inspection will be performed while the system is under load.

2. Load testing should be performed if possible.

3. At a minimum, the following electrical equipment should be opened and inspected:

a. UPS input switchboard
b. UPS module
c. Battery System (under load)

d. UPS output switchgear
e. Distribution panelboards
f. Power distribution units

4. Scan all electrical terminations, bus splices and electrical connections.

5. If an object appears to be hotter than maximum for the particular range, then
photograph/s will be taken.

6. Prepare a report for all test termination - stating the degree of temperature rise
and a recommended corrective action.

EXHIBIT A 7
