Additionally, The Federal <br />Insurance Rate Map identifies that project site is in Zone X <br />(Not Within 100 Year Flood Area). Implementation of the proposed <br />project would not place any housing within a lOa-year Flood <br />Zone, nor does the proposed project place a structure within a <br />lOa-Year Flood Zone, which would impede or redirect flood flows. <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not result in <br />significant flood hazards. <br /> <br />IX. LAND USE/PLANNING <br /> <br />(A.B) No Impact <br /> <br />Presently, the City's General Plan and Zoning Ordinance <br />designates the proposed project site open space. The proposed <br />park use is consistent with the General plan and Zoning <br />Ordinance. The proposed project would not physically divide any <br />established community. No adverse land uses impacts would be <br />associated with implementation of the proposed project. <br /> <br />(C) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan, the project site is not <br />included within any habitat conservation plan or any natural <br />community conservation plan. <br /> <br />X. MINERAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />(A) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan there are no areas <br />designated as Significant Mineral Aggregate Resource Areas. <br />Therefore, implementation of the proposed project would result <br />in the loss of any regionally or locally important mineral <br />resource. <br /> <br />25.H. <br /> <br />Page 92 <br />
