C. Use of Funds. SUBRECI R ENT agrees to use all federal funds provided by CI TY to SUBRECIR ENT pursuant to this Agreement to operate said program, asset forth in "Exhibit A," atA . -I hereto" by this reference incorporated herein. D. Allowable Costs SUBRECIR ENT agrees to complete said program on or before June 30, 2007 and to use said funds to pay for necessary and reasonable costs allowable under the federal law and regulations to operate said program. SU BRECI R ENT agrees to obtain and maintain all required licenses, regi strati ons, accreditation and inspections from all agencies governing its operati ore. Zoning. SUBRECIR ENT agrees that airy facility/property used in futherance of said program shall be specifically zoned and permitted for sari uses) axl activity(ies). Should SUBRECI R ENT fail to have the requ fired laid entitlement and/or permits, thus violating ary local, state or federal nudes and regulations relating thereto, SUBRECIRENT shall immediately make good -faith efforts to gain compliance with local, state or federal rules and regulations following written notification of said violations) from the CITY or other authorized citing agency.
