FN\~ (1."') ~Jh fe.\\~ V C\r~Q~ A-2007-132 EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on June 4, 2007, by and between System Innovators, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"). RECITALS A. The parties entered into Purchase and Software License Agreement #A2001-230, dated September 4, 2001, (hereinafter "said Agreement") for the purchase of computer equipment and supplies, and licensing of computer software. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to increase the compensation to provide software and hardware maintenance during through March 31, 2008. WHEREFORE, in consideration ofthe covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. The amount of compensation to Contractor is hereby amended to increase compensation by $20,000. The total compensation to be paid to Contractor shall not exceed $40,000.00, for software and hardware support services during the term from April 1, 2007 through March 31,2008.
