<br />INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />~"lrd7 <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL 7 <br />OATE: NOV 8 ZOO <br /> <br />A-2007 -058-01 <br /> <br />FIRST Al\-IENDMENl' TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />TlllS FIRST AMENDl\1ENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on October 15, <br />2007, by and between Ron Turley and Associates, ("Licensor") and the City of Santa <br />Ana, a. charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. the parties entered into Agreement#A-2007-058, dated Marc.h 19,2007, (hereinafter <br />"sai.d Agreement") by which Licensor has provided Fleet Management software, with <br />training and support services. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />;:n;:nend the Scope of Services to include certain conversion services. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreemelltl and <br />subject to all the terms nnd conditi.ons ofgaid Agreement, exc.ept those amC"uded it'l thi~ <br />Fir~t Amendment to Agreementa the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1.
