The lowest bid <br />was submitted by J. De Sigio Construction, Inc., for $631,053 which is <br />below the Engineer's estimate of $900,000. As demonstrated by the high <br />number of bidders, the low bid is attributed to the highly competitive <br />market. <br />ENVIROAIMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, this project <br />is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption ER No. 2005-11, <br />Class 2 will be filed for the project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$788,800 for the project (Exhibit 2}.
