(Absent: Loverin, Reyes, <br />Oregel, and Rivera.) <br />DISCUSSION <br />On July 12, 2007, ETAC approved the areas of impact for polling of speed <br />humps on Shelton Street, Cubbon Street, and Park Lane (Exhibits 1, 2 and <br />3) . Neighborhood meetings were conducted on August 7th and 8th, 2007 to <br />explain the speed hump and advisory polling process.
