As the lead agency, Santa Ana <br />would receive the $100,000 allocated to Garden Grove by OCTA for the Go <br />Local Project Concept Study and be responsible for managing the <br />consultant contract with Parsons Brinckerhoff. <br />Staff recommends that the City execute the cooperative agreement with <br />OCTA and the partnership agreement with Garden Grove. The additional <br />$100,000 represents Garden Grove's participation in the Go Local Project <br />Concept Study to develop the PE Right-of-way into a major transportation <br />corridor. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Upon approval of the appropriation adjustment, funds available in Measure <br />M Transit Funds (account no. 32-01-5056) will be appropriated to the <br />Santa Ana Transit Vision and Go Local Project Concept project account <br />(account no. 32-551-6631, project no. 06-2502). <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />i <br />ames G.
