Santa Ana Blvd., Suite 200
Santa Ana, CA 92701
Dear Mrs. Lenz:
Since November 2, 2007, I have taught employability skills workshops at the Santa Ana
W/O/R/K Center each Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Different skills are presented each
week, for a total of four or five workshops per month as listed on the attached flier.
Three workshops have been given so far, with a total of 11 attendees (with three to five attendees
at each workshop). I expect that workshop attendance will increase as more clients become aware
of the workshops.
As an adjunct instructor, I teach when Santa Ana College School of Continuing Education is in
session. In order to continue to teach the workshops throughout the year on the days when Santa
Ana College School of Continuing Education is not in session, I would like to work as a
contractor for the City of Santa Ana. The approximate days I would be working on contract for
the City of Santa Ana from now until 6/30/08 would be 12/21/07, 12/28/07, 1/4/08, and 4/11/08.
This is an estimated 12 hours at $55 per hour.
Please let me know if I may work as a contractor for the City of Santa Ana. Thank you for your
consideration.
Sincerely,
Sue McCullough
Sue McCullough, Adjunct Instructor
Santa Ana College School of Continuing Education
Enclosure
cc: Lydia Morgan, Fiscal Specialist / EEO Officer
City of Santa Ana
~,XI~iI
