<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide emergency maintenance and repair of the HV AC system at the Santa <br />Ana Police Administration and Detention Facility on an on-call basis. Consultant will also <br />provide consultation and training, as requested by the Executive Director of Finance and <br />Management Services or his designated representative. <br /> <br />The current repair labor rate for maintenance and consultation is $ 130/hour during normal <br />business hours (7am to 5pm) and $ 195/hour for after hours work. In addition, Consultant shall <br />provide JCI parts at 50% off of list price. Training shall be invoiced per Consultant's current <br />catalog rate. <br /> <br />The parties estimate that repairs and parts will be provided in a not to exceed amount of$17,000 <br />during the term of this Agreement, and that consultation and training will be provided in a not to <br />exceed amount of $6,700 during the term of this Agreement. <br /> <br />8 <br />
