Entitlement Actions <br />April 6, 1998 <br />Page 6 <br />CEQA Compliance <br />at MacArthur Place <br />After reviewing the project description, it was determined that pursuant <br />to Section 15168(c) of the CEQA Guidelines, a Program EIR (EIR 87-01) had <br />been previously prepared which would adequately describe the general <br />environmental setting, impacts and mitigation measures related to each <br />significant effect. An environmental checklist was prepared for <br />Environmental Review No. 97-126 (Exhibit 4) which determined that no new <br />effects would occur and no new mitigation measures would be required. <br />Robyn tegraff Cynthia J.
