and <br />RIDER TO SHORT FORM DEED OF TRUST <br />AND ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS <br />THIS RIDER is attached to and incorporated into that certain Short Form Deed of Trust <br />Assignment of Rents dated as of between <br />as Trustor, <br />TRUSTORS SECURITY SERVICE, a California corporation, as Trustee, <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />body, corporate and politic, as Beneficiary (the "Deed of Trust"). <br />and the <br />a public <br />Trustor and Beneficiary are party to that certain Owner Participation Agreement dated as <br />of , 1999 (the "Agreement"). Pursuant to Article [7] of the Agreement, <br />Beneficiary has made a grant to Trustor in the principal sum of $ to be used to <br />finance certain improvements to the property encumbered by this Deed of Trust (the "Grant"). <br />As more particularly provided in Article [7] of the Agreement, the Grant is repayable to <br />Beneficiary, with interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum, on certain conditions.
