EXHIBIT N: Required Condition of Property to <br />Receive Facade Improvements <br />The following is a list of conditions that should be attained prior to installation of fagade <br />improvements and painting structures under the Facade Improvement Plan. It is Owner's <br />responsibility to make repairs required to achieve these standards prior to City and/or <br />Agency making improvements. If owner does not make improvements as required, then <br />City may delay constructing Improvements or proceed to construct Improvements despite <br />condition of Property. <br />EXTERIOR WALLS (STUCCO) <br />Stucco shall be void of any moderate to severe damaged or deterioration including <br />holes, cracks, and water damage and scaling material. <br />2. EXTERIOR DOORS & TRIM <br />Exterior doors and trim shall be void of any moderate to severe damage or <br />deterioration including holes, dry rot and termite damage. <br />3. RAFTERS, EAVES & FASCIA BOARD <br />Rafters, eaves and fascia board shall be void of any moderate to severe damage or <br />deterioration including holes, dry rot and termite damage. <br />NOTE: <br />Small holes, hairline cracks and other minor damage or deterioration are covered by the <br />Facade Improvement Plan as "normal" prep work. <br />Exhibit N: 1 of I <br />
