EXHIBIT G: Description of Facade & Courtyard <br />Improvements <br />General Provision: All work by Agency/City shall be in compliance with Exhibit H. <br />Development of Fagade and Courtyard Improvement Plans: <br />1. Provision of architectural designs and construction drawings for buildings by <br />architectural consultant retained by the City. <br />2. Selection of a range of paint colors by architectural consultant retained by the City: <br />Type of Facade Improvements (Exact plan to be determined by designs): <br />1. All exteriors of buildings to be painted; (Elastomeric paint with water -blasting, <br />patch & repair minor existing cracks & holes only). <br />2. Facade details to be applied to front facade of building as determined by <br />architectural designs may include: <br />• Columns, <br />• Awnings, <br />• Fagade extensions, <br />• New "wood" siding (per design) <br />• Building appliques, <br />3. Relocation or resizing of windows as determined by architectural design in front <br />fagade only. Work to included new window siding, interior and exterior wall <br />patching, & new window. <br />4. Courtyard entrance created with a combination of the following elements as <br />determined by architectural design: <br />• Steps, • Canopies, wood or metal, <br />• Fences, • Electrical fixtures in canopies columns. <br />• Entry gates, • Paved areas, <br />• Masonry walls, <br />4. Demolition of existing walls., walks, fencing, etc, as needed <br />5. Enclosure in conduit of phone and other wires attached to outside of buildings. <br />Items not included in plans <br />• Replacement. of fascia boards in • Handrails, guardrails, and stairs <br />excess of 10 linear feet. <br />• Major repairs to stucco siding. • Balcony decking <br />• Replacement of windows • Exterior doors (except for painting) and hardware <br />• Roofing <br />Exhibit G: 1 of 2 <br />
