We have outlined <br />a work program that will provide the City with all the necessary services related to <br />the environmental review of the proposed Redevelopment Plan. The. EIR . <br />preparation will be concurrent with the preparation of the Redevelopment Plan and <br />public hearings for both will be held simultaneously. <br />DEA staff have extensive experience in the preparation of environmental impact <br />reports and have prepared redevelopment plan EIR's in the recent past.
