<br />The Parties understand that the SAPO IQ/CAD System Project Schedule is a project plan subject to
<br />changes and adjustments as the project evolves (e.g, to take into consideration unforeseeable events
<br />such as illness, staff shifts, delays caused by third parties, etc...). The Parties will adjust the Project
<br />Schedule on a regular basis accordingly and mutually agree in writing to any change.
